Bull's Blood' Beets is an heirloom variety that produces beautiful burgundy leaves that are the highlight of this edible ornamental. Color of the foliage intensifies with age. The sweet, tender leaves are perfect in salads. Harvest roots when young (2-3″). Roots have a candycane striping when sliced.
